On my 44RE in my 97 I have the max cool package and it comes with a tranny
cooler allready.I notice that there is a tranny fluid sensor for sensing the
temperature
to guard against meltdown.It has a light on the dashboard.I wouldn,t think you
should double up on coolers.
Has anybody installed the white face dash mask yet that is available from the
aftermarket.Also has hyperchip come out with a chip for 97 Dakota with
318.They
were supposed to remove the rev limiter and speed limiter.
