One tip to those putting on their headers this weekend: when hooking the Y
pipe back up to the new headers, make sure the movable flange on the Y tubes
stays sqaure to the header flange. Very easy when torqueing down the nuts
to cause that flange to "tilt" to one side or the other, which will almost
certainly cause a leak.
BTW, was anyone besides me surprised to find the Dodge used NO gaskets or
sealer anywhere on the factory headers or flanges?!
