The only time that your RT comes into play is when you are bracket
racing. Then the RT is supposed to be the deciding factor as to who
will win the race. In theroy, when running a dial in bracket race, if
you both have identical RT's, and both run your dial in to the exact
number, then you both should cross the line at the same time.
