A couple of other items;

1. The dealer HAS to prove the shift kit did the damage to void the
warranty.
2. If a tranny gets lunched under warranty, they will usually just swap
it out for another (new or refurb, which ever is available and cheaper).
The rebuilders will be the only ones who know there was a shift kit in
it, unless you either tell them, or opt to have THAT tranny rebuilt.
3. Like Bob said, if they give you a hassle re: the kit, they probably
aren't worth messing with, anyway.
