there are two 800 numbers which might be of help. One is 800-521-9922.
the other is 800-992-1997. I got the first one after calling the second
one regarding warranty work on my wife's Intrepid. The guy was extremely
helpful and took care of the problem during the phone call. He called the
dealer whaile he was talking to me, put me on hold and got everything
resolved. No shouting, no threats, just straight-forward, honest
business.
