Y'all know my response to this. "Nail them to the wall!!" Not only are they
cheating you, but they are cheating Chrysler Corp. You should report the
incident to CC (sounds like you have) and then go to the local authorities.
You should fully document the condition of the truck (Photos etc.) and hammer
the idiots from every possible direction. Teach them that not all consumers
are going to roll over and play dead. KILL, KILL, KILL !!!

look at it..but he hasn't called me back once since May... Any and all advice
