At the moment, it seems there are 2 scan tools that will allow EMC
programming. The genuine Chrysler tool at $3,500 or the Chrysler approved
tool made by SPX Corp at $1,695. For diagnostic ability, the CarComp at $249
(requires laptop PC) does everything but ECM programming.
