The dealer can use the DRB to adjust the speedo for any of the "stock"
tire sizes. For a Durango (and prob. the Dak), these are 235/75/15 and
the 31x10.5" (or outter diameters of 28.878" and 31"). Other than that,
they have to change speedo pinion gears, and there are about 8 sizes
available for those. What still seems up for debate is if you can get
away with just changing the speedo pinion gears if you have ABS. There
is some vague wording in the factory service manual that says the JTEC
looks at both the ABS sensor speed, and the reading that its getting
from the transmission speed sensor and compares them. Since there is no
"ABS pinion gear", its unclear what happens...

I took my 98 Dak to the dealer for a spedo adjust and they tried but
there are only
a few step type adjustments available and he could not get mine right.
I put on
larger diameter tires than the computer listed so my spedo still reads
about 3 mph
slow at 60 mph.
