Alex,
Refurbished could mean anything from a wheel that was bent to one degree
or another and then re-trued or it could be something as simple as a
cosmetic blemish that was repaired. You takes your chances, though I
think for that price on a 17" wheel, you could do much worse.
As for the warranty, best to fully understand how and what they cover
before plunking down the hard-earned cash.
