I have owned both models. A 97 dak with a v6 and a 97 dak with a v8. The
mileage difference is nominal. Maybe 2 mpg better with the v6 and the v8
has soooooooo much more power especially off the line. I would definatly
recommend getting the v8 if youve got the money.
