Had a good day on monday. I had two good spanks and both were ferds/
mercs.
The first was with a guy from work that has a 98 stang gt 5-speed. I
seems that we always meet going to work so off we go. I pulled him about
two car lengths in first and it stayed that way until we shut them down
at about 80 mph I had just went into drive but in a 25 mph zone I
thought I had better get out of it. This was a good enough spank for me
considering the stangs will turn mid 14's pretty easy.
The second was on the way home and another guy from work was leaving at
the same time and wanted to go at it so that's all it took. He has a 95
merc. cougar with a 4.6 ( same as the GT but only rated at 210 HP ) with
an auto trans.
This wasn't even close, I pulled him about 3 cars off the line even
though I was up in smoke it then hooked hit second then side ways again
and the rest is history.
He called me latter that night and said that he couldn't believe that a
truck would kick ass like that, and when I got on it, he said it sounded
like all hell broke loose.
I can't wait to get it to the drag strip to get some real times on it.
I hope it will be in the low 15's
