Robert............

If you drill out your door panels, you can fit some nice new 6.5's, =
however, there is one drawback. A 6.5's magnet is larger in diameter than =
a 5.25, which is the stock size in a 95 Dakota. This means that if you =
drill out your door panels and shoehorn in a pair of 6.5's, you will not =
be able to role down your windows all the way, they will hit the magnet of =
the speaker. If you do this hard enough you can strip out the mounting =
holes. If you are looking to really boost your sound quality, I would =
recomment running a pair of 6X9 3 ways behind the seats. Just use the =
lead wires that go to the stock 5X7's in the rear cab sidewalls.
