You are one lucky SOB. when my parent said Theyd help me buy a car, They
chipped in 150.00. I bought a 300.00 charger (440 R/T w 200K miles on it
and a lot of dents) and started building. I ended up with a 500hp 69 dodge
R/T Charger (eventually, I spent every dime and all my time), but luckily
they never told me how to spend the 150.00. Now if they had given me 15K
for a car...
Why buy new? You're young? you've got energy? Build something. For 20K
(Kia Sportage money) you could have the hottest muscle in town... start
with gramps Dak! My R/T Dak is my first new vehicle, ever. Dont rush
things, you may miss the best parts of life. Sorry, Im just a little
jealous.

Well I have great credit just I am 20 and I havent had time to get alot of
it so that is where the parents come in. I had a brand new 97 (brace
yourself) Kia Sportage. Good price and it was pretty nice had a good ride
too (suspension was done by lotus I think)but I sold that and then my
grandfather gave me his extra Dak (man he has more mopars then you can shake
a stick at, two ramchargers now). I really do like the way those ZR2 S10
look. Anyway I think that whenever I do go to get something new I want need
the parents to sign anything but still gonna bring them along. How old are
you Joe? Anyway I have my dak and I love it until it is time to fill up.
