I think your $7,000 for a V10 might be a little low. The 426
Hemi crate motor is weighing in right at $13,000. And you still need the
engine control stuff on top of it.
Last Good Guys Show there was a 53 Plymouth with a V10 Viper
engine, sitting next to another with a 426 Hemi. Lets go get us some GM
"muscle" cars.

Umm, close to 7k I think. Let me tell ya, that Viper motor surely isn't a
drop in and bolt with a few mount changes! Lots more to it, and Ill debate
that till the living end!
