Man , I finally re-registered on the Dakota Web Ring .

I gotta tell ya , I played hell trying to get the HTML info to upload
properly , I guess it's this cheap-ass design software I use .

Can anyone suggest a good web site design software that is *free* ?

Hotdog Express is just not cutting it any more .
