I understood that they had some areas in the hills around there that
reverted back to public property and they have some of the old Nike Ajax
Missle bunkers still on them. I guess you might not be able to believe
everything you see in the news nowadays... ^_^

Not bad, but unless you have a pass to get on the base they arent going to let
anyone on. Especially with the embassy thing going on overseas. My parents
work for Pt. Mugu and the CBC base over here and security is beefed up. At one
point no cars were allowed to park within 50 feet of any building.
