Call me crazy (heck I've been called alot worse) but from what I've seen, &
particularly from this list, it seems that anyone who is racing
(legitimately, ie: track) already knows these little details, like your top
speed is limited, you need to change the computer, etc.
Heck, I'm the average joe shade tree mechanic, & I knew about the speed
limiter (even before joining the wonderful DML community)
Just my .02 (which is all it is worth).
