The best bbq I think I've ever had was from a big ole ferral hog sow
my friend got down SW of San Antonio. I ate so much, I thought I'd
die - - still wanted more!!! I took a hog and two Javelina's off of
his lease too.

Dak content: Needed my Daks power to haul my fat butt home after
eating at the lease for three days. The other guys that were there
really liked my Dakota - they drove 4duhz and shivyz. For any of you
guys who use your trucks as TRUCKS, another friend down there makes
BEAUTIFUL headache racks with his plasma cutter - custom - any design
you want. Absolutely gorgeous.

Don't worry, Mike - I love dead cows too!!!!!!! Mooo!!!

OK, man. Bring it on then. But I have to warn you, here in Texas
barbecue
means suitcase sized hunks of dead cow, none of this pork business
that
everybody else seems to like. The only part of the pig worth wasting
smoke
on are the ribs. And don't worry about the VA cops. You'll never want
to go
back :-)

Dak content: It takes my Dak to haul all the meat.
