I personally just use any good name brand of wax (Mother's, Mequires,
etc.). To me they all seem to work about the same. I do stay away from
those "miracle" waxes. They seem kind of gimmicky to me.

I know that there has been a lot of discussion on this, but I personally
use synthetic oil. I like the added benefits (although often debated) of
synthetics. You know, better thermal breakdown protection, doesn't turn
to syrup in the cold, etc.
