Power Steering TSB on '98s

I've got the clunk and rattle in my power steering system that's indicated
in TSB # 971121191297.

I've got a '98 4x4 so it has the recirculating ball P/S rather than the
rack and pinion system in 4x2's...

Anyone else have this problem? If so was the dealer able to fix it?? What
was wrong with the system???

Thanks for any help... this shake rattle and roll is really starting to
bug me!
