Post lift kit bumper problems

        I bought a 2" lift kit for my 2wd '89 and now I have the bumper 2"
lower than what looks good. I got this from Performance accessories, the
only place I could find a lift kit for my truck at the time, which did not
come with the usual bumper lifter thingie. What should I do? Where
should I call? Who can I trust?
