Well, if MPI wants to play the mail order game, they're going to have to do
a little better in the "service" department by hiring somebody who can actually
spend some time on the phone providing value for the extra price paid. Not
all of the potential customers are local to TX and can stop by to chat.
I much prefer frequenting small shops where you get extra value in return for
extra cost. I much prefer avoiding small shops where I get a lot of low-value
attitude and no service. In that case, I vote with my feet and bucks.
Seriously, I'm glad your experience with MPI was much better than mine.
