RE: FIPK + big TBs??

Russ,
As an anecdotal point of reference I am running the stock box and hat with a
K&N drop in and a home made 3-4" ram air tube to the grill. I can remove my
hat and still see no change in performance. In fact, Frank and I run lean
(360cu in) with the stock air cleaner set up and the big bore TB. This
makes me believe (no #s yet) that the stock box can flow enough with a low
restriction element. The K&N FIPK should be able to flow more! Now wheres
the fuel?

This may be a stupid question, but l have been thinking. Does anyone know
how
much air some of the after market air intakes (i.e. Air Raid, FIPK, etc.)
can
suck in? I am going to get an Air Raid as soon as Pat gets then. I would
also love to get my hands on one of these TBs. But, if the Air Raid can not
suck in enough air to make the TB a workable mod, there is no need. Anyone
know? Thanks for the help.
