This may be WAY OFF but I was told that the fuel pump is manually
primed. SO if you run out of gas, you'd have to drop the tank to
prime the pump.
The ding isn't heard by my ears. The factory speaker upgrade, Pioneer
CD player and the Dixie Chicks take care of that...
This is all assuming that the RT is like my '97 Sport+
