I think the odds of being able to do that are excellent. You might
not like the price that the dealer wants for the lights though! :-(
I have no idea what they might charge, but I remember my lights were $90
extra when I was ordering the truck, so I'd hate to see what they would
cost seperate... You could always go with some aftermarket lights for
a lot less money, but they might not look as nice. (Depends on the lights,
I guess, but I assume Dodge's lights are a perfect fit for the plugged holes
in the bumper...) Maybe you could find a set of fog lights from someone
who had to remove theirs to install a chin spoiler? Another option might
be to check places like NAPA, Pep Boys, Parts America, etc. to see if they
sell replacement OEM lights. If they do, they would probably be cheaper
than from the dealer.
