44re vs 46re exhaust clearance

If you have Mopar headers and the large down pipes on a 97 up and change from 44re
to 46re will there be a clearance problem with the Y pipe? ALSO there is NO
downstream O2 sensor on the R/Ts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
