You did't mention the year of your DAK but here's what was done
to a '92.
Phase 1: Replace the stock 1 5/8" bore throttlebody with a
2" V8 throttlebody.
Phase 2: Manifold mods.
Phase 3: Install free-flow muffler.
Phase 4: Install a JET chip.
Phase 5: Install polyurethane bushings up front and upgrade tires.
Phase 6: Install Comp Cams' roller rocker conversion kit.
Details can be found in Mopar Muscle mag. (June '98). Gives
approximate costs and performance gains at each phase.
Final results gave 15.215/91.7, 15.21/92.05 and 15.19/92.06 results.
Probably, with headers and a horsepower cam or gear change to 3.91 SG
and you'll have sub 15's.
