Glad to see someone driving their truck more than me ; )

Besides Bob's excellent post, I would recommend the Magnecor wires and a
brass contact cap and rotor. I would also recommend changing the tranny oil
again. Also, the little stuff - door latches and strikers, graphite in the
locks and ignition switch (not much - just lube the key, insert and rotate a
few times), check u-joints for play, ect.

        What service should I have done?

        I had the tranny checked at about 35k, along with the brakes.
        I changed the spark plugs at 45k.

        I can do the brakes myself, but thats about all I can handle.
