Almost 60k, what service do I need

I'm sure this has been discussed before... but:

This is my first new vehicle. She's nearing 60,000 miles
What service should I have done?

I had the tranny checked at about 35k, along with the brakes.
I changed the spark plugs at 45k.

I can do the brakes myself, but thats about all I can handle.
