Yup, as long as it can get me outta trouble as fast as I can get into
it, it works for me.. Case in point several nights ago on US1&9 I had a
dude with a brandy-new (the sticker glue was still on the windows) Dak
SLT V8 pull up next to me at what we call "the Dragstrip" (perfect 1/4
mile between traffic lights), and started revving his engine. I knew he
was running a V8 by the sound of the engine, and I figured I was gonna
get a good spanking. Needless to say not only did I keep up with him but
got about a fender length ahead of him by the next light. After that we
pulled off into Woodbridge Mall to bs and he couldn't believe I had a v6
under the hood. I'm not knocking V8's (I've owned serveral myself in the
past). But having a 6 is alot cheaper on gas and insurance (especially
in NJ), and it's faster than a 4.
