I dealt with Frahm Dodge once. I was on my way to Pomona, check engine light
came on, they were the first dealer I found. They had me in and out of there
in no time, with one new, free, spark plug wire, even though I had MSD wires
on the truck. The technician pulled it out of his box for me, and even showed
me all about the Dodge scan tool, as I had been telling him I was a Mazda
tech. And, when I wasnt looking, he put convulated tubing on the wires
running from my AutoMeter Monster Tach, to down under my dash. That is what I
call customer service.
