The fuel filter on my 93 Dakota 4x4 is on the inners driver's side frame rail.
I replace these filters every 15,000 miles, now at 96,000 no fuel related
problems. Every time I change the filter I cut it open and every time I am
amazed at how much dirt is in the filter!!! ALOT!! The fuel pump relay I
believe on my 93 is in the engine bay on the drivers side against the fender
in a black box that contains a few other relays.
