The vibes seem to reduce with more miles. Mine is much better @ 7500 miles
than it was new. Its still there though...

I assume that the hum at around 80 mph is very common from what I've been
reading here today. I also get the humming My R/T is at about 6,000 miles.
has the humming gone away on anyone elses R/T?

I recently took a road trip in my R/T and drove 80 to speed limiter
several miles and guess what? No hum. It used to be there at about 80
on up. I wonder since it's got almost 10,000 mi on it, could it be just
a break-in thing? Close tolerances in the gears just getting worn in? At
80 it's as silent as at 30. Strange but true. Alan S.
