360 Magnum Heads on a RT

How did we get on the subject of the 380 crate motor? I asked about the
Magnum Heads not the whole engine. Has anyone used these on a RT? They seem
to have the larger valves and have the 10-bolt valve cover design. I am
referring to P.N. P4876256 or P4876257 in the Mopar Performance Catalog.
These list for 126.95 (bare assy) & 325.00 (complete assy.)

Are we talking flywheel HP or chassis dyno HP?
The 380 is supposed to be flywheel HP.
