RE: 360 Magnum Heads on a RT

Dana,
I think that the confusion had to do with the heads you were talking about.
The Magnum ported cylinder head assembly P/N 4876257 has a price of approx.
$1,000.00 per head. The price in the Mopar Performance catalog (1998) is a
mis-print. At their current price, you could almost buy a 380 HP crate motor
which
includes mildly ported Magnum cylinder heads. The Magnum cylinder head P/N
4876256 is a standard issue stock cylinder head no different then the heads
currently used on all 360 motors which includes your motor. Again the price
of $325.00 for P/N 4876257 was a mis-print. Last time I checked with Mopar
Performance, the ported heads were not even available. I hope this info
helps......
