Hey All,
Was going through some old articles today when I came across
the December 1997 issue of Mopar Muscle. That's the issue with the
4B Billet Throttle body installed on a Magnum motor. A while back
I had called around for availability of these. I ended up calling
Accel digital fuel injection, Indy cylinder heads and a bunch of
others. I can't remember who (sorry it's been a while) but someone
I spoke with said Mopar Performance had purchased a bunch of the 4B
and was going to be mounting them on some type of M1 manifold for a
kit on the Magnum motors. Well today I called the Magnum Tech line
to see if they had heard this and he said they were currently testing
this for future release (he said approximately 9 months). When I asked
if they were going for carb certification on this or was it strictly
a race item he said they were going for carb cert. Sounds interesting
doesn't it? Hey Eric or j'man have any info on this?
