Hello everyone, my name is Jeff LaCour and I am the proud owner of a 1995
dakota club cab, 4x2 with the 5.2 (318 cid) Magnum engine and automatic
transmission. I've been reading through the DML archives for the past few
weeks and I've been so impressed that I decided to join. Completed
modifications to my truck include: MSD 6A Ignition Module, MSD Blaster 3 Coil,
Magnecor KV85 wires, brass distributor cap and rotor, Hypertech underdrive
pulley set (2piece), drop-in K&N, Flowmaster cat back exhaust, fiberglass bed
cover, and just yesterday Doug Thourley Headers. Most of these modificaitons
yielded only minor performance gains, bareley feelable (yes, I could feel the
MSD). However, in the short time that I've had the DT's I've come to realize
that this modification yielded a tremendous power increase, way more than I
ever expected from a set of headers. It's so crazy, I can't seem to keep the
pedal off the floor anymore.
