My first Dakota was a '93 V8 CC SLT. I loved it and would still have it
if the dealer hadn't destroyed it (really). The horse power and torque
are great on the '93. I believe there were some on the list who mentioned
paint problems (a common problem for all vehicles from '85 to '93). I
only had mine about two years and never had any paint problems. Check the
paint and check the archives.
If the price is right (check www.kbb.com, the Kelly Blue Book on-line),
and the mileage is ok, go for it! You'll be hot-rodding and modding in no
time.
