Not necessarily. The dual 2.5" actually has more surface area than a
single 3",
so dual 2.5" has more backpressure than a single 3" (I'd do the math to show
you,
but it's real early and I have to get the Dodge Dealership to be the first
in line to get
the wife's RT in)...

Personally, I'd leave the stock 2.5" pipe from the front of the CAT, and
only get
the 3" in/out CAT, and dual 2.5" exhaust (*or a single 3") with the DT
headers.
Leaving the stock 2.5" pipe from the front of the CAT to the DT headers is
only
1.5-2' of pipe, but it makes a difference.

I plan on Dyno-ing my truck again to see where things stand with HP /Torque
compared to my previous runs.
