Maybe you can put a restrictor in the hose coming into the core. I would
take matters into my hands and look into that since they don't seem to care.
God help me if I ever have to depend on a dealer to fix my car! I would not
give them more than 2 chances to fix it. Take it elsewhere and document
everything in case you have to escalate it into a court of law. Good luck.

again, I would think
                there are some pressure problems in the coolant system.
Probably in the puke
                tank hose or nipple off the radiator
neck......................
