Josh,
The $90.00 includes the shipment to you. Generally it will be 3-day UPS
unless UPS doesn't deliver to your area. We will provide you with the
tracking number and you will actually be able to go to their Web page and
track the package yourself. You will need to pay the freight to get the core
back to us. On all TB's we will include new SS button head hold-down bolts
and washers and a new TB gasket. This should make it an easy swap. Progress
so far, it looks like there will be approx. 4 batches of the Stage I. I have
been down at the shop this week. So far all TB's in batch I have been
disassembled, bearings checked on the used ones, deburred, and checked for
straightness on the gasket surface. The bores on all have been opened up and
air horns have been machined. Throttle shafts are 90% complete. I still need
to cut the shafts for the plates. The shafts should be complete on Friday.
Saturday, the plates and button head bolts will be matched to the shafts and
the bellcranks will be assembled to the shaft. Bruce & I are planning to
meet up on Sunday and he will assemble on Monday. We have 13 in the first
batch, 6 new ones for the people who ordered new and 2 V-6 TB's as a test.
As cores are returned, we will assemble the second batch. I honestly don't
know who will receive the first batch other than the 6 new cores but the
second batch should only a week behind the first. I would really like to
knock all of these out by the second week of December.....
Frank
