Definately NOT.... the Radial T/A's have a VERY hard compound for long
life.. I ran some 275/60/15 Comp T/As quite a while back on my '68 Charger,
and they gripped pretty well... I could spin the previous 295/50/15 Radial
T/As as long as I wanted... and I understand the HR4's are even softer than
the Comp T/As I had...
