I have an 88 Auto, and this is what it does when I oput the foot in it: At
60, I stomp, downshift once, downshift again. I don't have a Tach, but
usually what happens is at highway speed the transmission goes into
"lockup", when you stomp, it grabs OD, and if that's not enough, it grabs
3rd. At 60 thrid should be runnin' some impressive RPM's. I would say it's
normal at WOT....IMHO
