P4876256 is stock service replacement for 92-98 Magnum engines(360). I cannot
tell you for sure, but I think the 318 is 1.78/1.50 valve openings, and the
360 is 1.92/1.625.

The "casting" means it is a bare head, and you would need to install a new
valvetrain(valves,springs, locks, guides etc...). An complete head would be
cheaper to purchase than buying all the parts and putting it together. For
instance, P5249573(an assy 360 swirl port) runs for $595 a pair in Mancini's
catalog. At least thats how I see it in their flyer.
