This is where I start to here and feel the power kind of "stall" ?

It stalls between about 35-3600 and 4000 , then continues upward at the
same pace it was before it hit that point . It does it almost every time
under WOT and with the OD off .

Strange

 After about 4000 RPM, the HP curve
