I've got em' on my 88 6er. They are really nice, but you shold definitely
coat them. I didn't and mine look like they are 3 years old instead of 3
months. I'm gonna' pull em' off and get em' coated over christmas. I paid
180 for them shipped to my door.. another 150 to get em' installed..
they onoly make em' for 87-91 6ers, though

Im not sure about the first question, but Edlebrock makes TES headers
for the 3.9L v-6, and they run about $250-260.
