A guy I know owns a tranny shop and he highly suggests changing the ATF,
filter, cleaning the screen and putting on a new pan gasket every year or
25,000 miles. He claims that changing the fluid at these levels can help you
tranny last 3 times longer. He says the the first and main reason tranny's
break down is due to the lack of ATF changing.
