I don't have a 4x4 but I know that you should not be going faster than
45mph and once you are in four wheel drive you need to stop and put it
back into 2wd and then you actually need to drive in reverse just a
little to get it to disigage back to two wheel drive.
If this is wrong, I'm sure that someone will let me know.

Was driving in snow storm last sat. Pulled into 4WH. When 4WH
engaged steering pulled moderate hard to left. Pulled back into 2WD
but 4WD would not disengage..finally did with a disturbing "pop". Can
