Jon,
If your going to change out the cam and rockers together, I would advise
going with a heavier set of pushrods as well. This will eliminate any
problems you would encounter with valve train oscillation. Don't forget to
change the springs as well. (6000rpm here we go!!!)
I think you may also have to dimple the underside of the valve covers if
using the 1.7 rockers. If I remember correctly, you may have a slight
clearance problem.

Speaking of rockers...

  I plan to upgrade my cam someday and I'll be installing roller rockers at
the same time. Should I stick with 1.6 or go to 1.7? Any
benefits/drawbacks
to either route?
