First.....I have 3.55 gears......and LT23575R15 tires, which are about 28.5
inches tall. When I swap out the 3.55 gears for 3.90's and add 32x11.50 tires,
which are 31.5 inches tall, I will actually loose only 10 RPM at 55 MPH. I
know these tires, and rims will weight more and possibly eat up my brakes more
than they do now(brake jobs average every 35-40,000 miles), but its a
sacrifice I will make. I really dont think I will lose any power, and if I do,
out comes the V6 for a V8. Just my thoughts.......any comments?
